The inspections have gone well and the building permit has been issued to commence with the next phase of construction! All storm water detention structures are in place and functioning, and the site has been connected to the water main. The main driveway is being prepared for asphalt, and curbs around the parking areas are being laid out.

First Curb Going In

Grading of the building slab is complete, as is backfill of the stormwater detention area.  The new curb is in the process of being set for parking along West Street.

Work continues to move steadily along. The rainwater runoff system is largely in place, grading is ongoing, and a portion of North Avenue has been re-paved.
